Paragon's distribution experience under secure contracts has been that reports/publications are distributed immediately or within 12-24 hours. This, in part, not only reflects our ability to meet tight turnaround deadlines, but also our ability to provide secure storage and dispatch facilities.

Paragon is committed to achieving quality outcomes in the area of storage and dispatch and would add these notes in respect of this process.

• Finished copies of a product are packed in accordance with the distribution list in appropriate sized cartons and clearly marked as to order number, title and quantity. Packaging will also bear a label "UNDER EMBARGO" if required. Cartons used will be constructed from fibreboard complying with Australian Standards 2838 and 3537 (latest editions).
• The Paragon store is secure from weather, vermin, etc.
• Waste from publications that are security assessed or sensitive is placed in an isolated secure cage for appropriate disposal, while items to be stored are placed in a secure on-site storage facility.
• Copies will be packaged, labelled and distributed as per the distribution list provided by the client.

Paragon will advise the client of the number of copies of a publication remaining after distribution and request advice as to appropriate disposal or storage action.
